A work order has been generated and it will go out to our technicians, who will be onsite a quickly as possible to replace your lock. Our current turnaround on these requests is 5-7 business days.
Once you lock has been replaced, our technician will deliver the key to your door. If there is no answer, we will take a small envelope to your keys inside.
We will not run your credit card until you lock has been replaced and we have delivered your new keys.
